Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, specializing in Romanian and Balkan Studies, Digital Humanities, AI and new technologies in education. My research focuses on language, culture, cultural heritage, and intercultural studies.

My research explores Romanian language and culture within the broader Balkan context, with particular attention to intercultural relations, cultural and spiritual connections, minority communities, identity, manuscript heritage, and the preservation and interpretation of cultural memory.

My work in Digital Humanities brings together traditional humanistic research and contemporary digital methods. I am particularly interested in digital approaches to cultural memory and manuscript heritage, electronic resources, digital archives, and the ways technology can support research, preservation, interpretation, and dissemination in the humanities.

My research in AI and Education focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into foreign-language teaching and higher education. Particular attention is given to innovative methodologies, digital competences, interactive learning, AI-supported teaching and research, and the ethical and responsible use of technology in education.
Selected scholarly monographs and books reflecting my research in Romanian Studies, Balkan Studies, cultural studies and educational technologies.
